So, I've managed to decipher the strange placement of the switch settings, and to make it easier in the future.

If you imagine a line going from the top of the switch itself, going across to the silkscreen option, that's what the switch is set to.

So, if all the switches are up, then it's set to: RR-NET Mode, No EPROM, 128 mode, IO1.

If anyone has this, it might be handy to remember.
