there are also specific out-of-spec behaviors in nvidia vulkan windows wsi where it's just flat-out broken, like vkAcquireNextImageKHR always blocks regardless of timeout

annoyed to hear that nvidia's vulkan wsi implementation on windows for fullscreen exclusive mode is not very good for everything except "the typical use case", presumably because they just expected every application to do borderless windowed fullscreen on its own anyway
