there are people who've been renting out houses and apartments for decades, making money hand over fist they never worked a day in their lives for. buying luxury cars and taking lavish vacations off the dime of all their tenants.

NIST english is the columbian/usonian equivalent of the queen's english btw, it's shorter and more specific than "standard" and also i feel like more people should know about the national institute of standards and technology
