Yes. Unless it had a bad floorplan or kitchen.

@starkatt I'd want to know why they thought so. But if it was made by someone who knew WTF the kitchen triangle is, and the rest wasn't awful somehow, then probably.

Potentially, but would depend on the haunt/spirit/echoes. Great great grandma in the kitchen at night is a lot more tolerable than something terrible that was murdered in the basement that screams occasionally. It is a lot like a roommaye, you can't count on changing them or forcing them out, so they should be at least tolerable
