I just found this: an introduction to Robert Kegan's 5-stage model of moral development.

Like all "stage" models it's inherently incomplete and has significant limitations, but is definitely an interesting thing to think about.

Really curious what y'all think.

I have never tried walking in heels and am okay with this since that's not really my desired presentation, but kind of anxious that I'll have to someday and make a fool of myself.
