Gender & society worries
Us deconstructing gender and using it as an infinite tool and canvas really is radical.
Some days, I like to think we're the beginning of a whole new development in human society, of breaking down thinking that assumes binaries and biological destiny.
Other days, I worry that we right now are as far as the pendulum is ever gonna swing. That we'll be looked back on as a breif oddity flaring bright, only to be subsumed by crushing rigidity.
Pride griping
And yes, I want to even ban politicians I like and support. Our existence is not meant to be wrapped up and packaged as part of the self-aggrandizement inherent to the current democratic process.
Pride griping
I want to go to a Pride that bans brands, cops, and politicians.
I remember going to a Pride event in DC when I was *just* starting to express myself as trans, and being profoundly disappointed that it was all, like, BofA booths. The queerest thing there was the person from HRC asking me for money.
It was a little better in Albuquerque at least. And the Trans Pride March in Seattle is mostly good. But so much of Pride is just... commodified.

@thefishcrow this is the kind of thing that if it were in a cyberpunk dystopia written 30 years ago, we'd have said "nah, that's ridiculous".
Realization: just, like, building Ikea together is slightly infamous for straining relationships, and here we are volunteering for hard mode plus. That's some confidence in our communication skills :)

lewd silly
@masklayer #goals tbh.
@vahnj Furries: pushing the boundaries of new and exciting ways to be gay.
No, seriously though, "here's all my feelings about this!" is a lot of the time a really good way to approach difficult interpersonal situations.
People so often seem to feel like you need to hold your emotional cards close, but as long as you and the other parties involved are on basically the same team, sharing is okay and makes things so much clearer to everyone.

Seriously though, outlines are such a hecking good thing. I don't think I'd be able to write coherent essays without them.
If you don't already use them as a writing tool, give 'em a shot!
Re: Moving
@thefishcrow good luck to you <3
