I started playing GENDERWRECKED and it seems pretty cool but also something I can only really engage with in short bursts.

Alternately "Yeah if you don't like the first episode it's probably just not a thing you'll enjoy."

or "Just start from season 2, really. Here's a link to a s1 synopsis which has everything you need."

I thing I'd like to see become more common when people recommend media, especially long-running stuff: saying how far in you have to get before you'll know whether you like it or not. Alternately, where to start if the beginning sucks.

e.g. "Hey so I like thing for <reasons>. If you give it a shot start from the beginning but please give it until episode 8 or so before deciding whether it's your thing; it starts off a bit rough."

that feeling when "be yourself" means deconstructing thousands of years of sex binarism and we say CHALLENGE ACCEPTED.

Trans people: self-actualizing so fucking hard we're establishing new modalities of existence.

woo, death/morality (dark?)

After death, I don't believe there's some grand moment of judgement where the sum of your life is weighed.

What I do believe is that you're made to intimately understand just how your actions affected the people around you.

Some might experience that as hell, I guess?

Oh hey in the midst of all this excitement I'd not noticed how this in a year or so I'll be able to get those piercings I've wanted for ages :p

Three weeks away from never ever having to adjust my junk again ^_^

It seems pretty clear but a minute of searching doesn't yield anything.

I've been thinking about this for a week. Salvador Dali's panting "ship with butterfly sails" is hella anticolonialist, right? I'm not making that up?

holy crap, there's a big log that's been floating in Crater Lake since *1896* and it's history is *amazing*: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Old_Man_

When I'm having a hard day at work or otherwise, I like to tell myself "I am strong enough."

Saying it helps make it true.

Seriously though this game is prompting me to learn more astronomy. I had never heard of T-Tauri or Wolf-Rayet stars and it turns out they're pretty cool!

That's comparable to the density of air at 100km above earth... so, space.

The planet I'm above is about as far away from the star as Jupiter is from our sun.
