My doctor's office has these vintage posters in the waiting room. I especially like the bit where marijuana eventually leads to "insanity".
There's also a phenology model sitting in a corner and a case filled with bottles of patent medicines.

Amazon and Google are both coming out opposed to people using their services for domain fronting, to circumvent censorship.
Note that Signal is actively blocked in Egypt, Oman, UAE, and Iran. So, that sucks.

Being able to externalize negative moods is one of the best mental health tricks I know. There's something about transforming "I feel shitty" into "feeling shitty is a thing that is happening to me right now" that makes it way easier to deal with.
