I know awoo.space only federates with whitelisted instances. Maybe that's enough? But mastadon.social is enormous and I don't trust it.

Is there a privacy option for "show this on my instance's local timeline but not federated timelines on other instances?"

It's so cool to be able to just scroll down the federated timeline and see people I know from bird website or somewhere go past. Feeling part of a small space that known cool folks feel is worth showing up for is really nice :)

By day I'm this apprentice electrician just keeping my head down and trying to survive the environment of toxic masculinity.
