I love that in minecraft you can empty a bucket of water over your head and then swim up the resulting stream. and then catch it in the bucket again, from above
if you were to do this out of game it would be a cool circus trick
also do you think video games will ever learn that if you're falling fast enough to hurt yourself, you're also falling fast enough to hurt yourself if you try to grab onto a ladder
