also, in case it helps, remember it's also okay to curate your spaces! especially if you find them negatively affecting you
like, mute keywords and content warnings that bring you down, mute and block if you feel like doing so would be "a relief"--this is your space, after all! it's also your mental health, so it's entirely based on what you feel like is best for you~
it's also okay to unplug for any reason (including none!) and for as long as you like if you feel like that isn't enough
