@InternetEh mushroom literature always seems to be the wildest. i found this book in a bookstore once and to this day am still kicking myself for not buying it. i don't even know anything about mushrooms
@technomancy @typhlosion I was really disappointed that the Eugene mushroom festival was remote this year. It's such a people watching thing
@typhlosion @InternetEh I would describe his facial hair as "Abraham Lincoln stopped caring"
@typhlosion @InternetEh there's a copy of that on my living room table.
@starkatt @typhlosion @InternetEh David Arora is a king! I have a copy of "mushrooms demystified". it's a veritable tome of mushroom identification. my copy of "all the rain..." was, in a great twist of irony, destroyed by rain.
@goo @starkatt @typhlosion I love this toot
@InternetEh @starkatt @typhlosion they really should make books about mushroom identification waterproof, imho.
@goo @starkatt @typhlosion yeah you'd think right? It's a field guide to some of the moistest places on earth. Laminate the cover at least
@typhlosion @InternetEh
them, small minded and cowardly: never judge a book by its cover
me, enlightened: but ... trumpet mushroom guy!
