A fairly simple program that lets you open a folder of images (and video and audio files) and browse through them and move them to a new folder in one click, or delete, or rename them. Also doubles as an image viewer with a random order (or by date or name).

I made this because I have a large collection of furry art that's gotten disorganized over the years and I wanted an easy way to sort them into a better folder structure. Also I wanted to view a folder of pictures in a random order.

So like I expected to get more interactions in my art on .art, but tbh it was more or less the same as the small server I’d been before that (shut down sadly). Also I definitely thought coming on the fediverse in general that I’d have a majority of friends on the same server, but in reality, almost none of my friends have servers in common!

the fact that using hexagons to tile a 16x9 viewport makes the ratio of width to height much closer to 2x1 can't possibly be a coincidence

16/9 is very suspiciously close to sqrt(3) and the difference between the major/minor diameters of a hexagon is sqrt(3)/2 so that checks out pretty well

I genuinely do wonder if the display ratio 16/9 was chosen to be close to sqrt(3) because of some weird neuro-optics research or it's just a happy coincidence
