Like, the ONLY thing that makes capitalism even halfway palatable is not capitalism, but all of the benefits created out of the backlash to the immiseration it creates: unions, health and safety oversight, wage laws, worker protections, unemployment, public utilities etc.

All of these programs arose wherever capitalism took hold, which shows you that everywhere it goes its proved to be unendurable until it was toned down, and that it's probably not, in fact, a "natural" way of doing things.
