being a paleolithic archeologist who's interested in the new york city area must suck. people would get the totally wrong idea when you'd tell them you're into Queens of the Stone Age

tired: garfield has no job. he has no reason to hate mondays
wired: garfield hates mondays because he loves his owner, and monday is the first day of the week jon has to go to work
inspired: jon is a cartoonist who works from home. garfield has no reason to hate mondays

Hey I find myself in need of a keychain and see no reason to get one that does not have a fox on it. Anyone know of a cool artist that makes some? I don't just want to go to amazon or etsy and get some stolen design, though either of those stores are fine if it's where the artist sells them!

pondering how much more consistent i'm gonna have to be about my creative output before i feel like i can start seriously using my patreon

im gonna draw today and make music tonight and not even i can stop me

patreon.com/noerbmu hey my pal noerbmu has a patreon, they do absolutely lovely art so you should go support them if you have a bit of disposable income

super level editor bros 2

i'll be honest: i've never been particularly fond of mario's physics in most of the games. something about the way he accelerates really fucks me up and makes a lot of the levels more frustrating than probably they were intended

hopefully i can overcome that for this game tho

You can find the schedule and more info on their website esamarathon.com/

strikes me as vaguely ironic that duckduckgo would advertise on twitter

Think about how old the computers in some ATMs are? Like the ones with the dancing egg guy? The Raspberry Pi foundation, by trying to make a low cost PC for schools, wound up giving these people the solution they'd been looking for for decades.

I mean, I'm not building an ATM though - the Retropi people say that accurate Saturn emulation should be possible with the Pi 4 and that's why I wound up finding all this out.

The Raspberry Pi people said that, while they made their board originally for schools and hobbyists, the main buyers of it (by a lot apparently) are manufacturing plants, which REALLY makes a lot of sense.

i don't care how sweet you make them. raisins aren't candy
