In response to the foothold that open bigotry had gained among American skinheads, Skinheads Against Racial Prejudice (SHARP) launched in the late '80s & quickly spread back to the UK.
Further left, there's also the Red and Anarchist Skinheads (RASH, circa 1990s), for those with an actively political bent.

TIL: The skinhead subculture originated as a fusion of northern English working-class edgy youth cultures' "hard mods" with the Jamaican immigrant culture's "rude boys/girls" in the 1970s, when the two mingled at reggae & ska concerts. Most skinheads have thus been going 'WTF, get out' at racist skinheads since the beginning, and have long been at the core of UK antifa activity.
