@chosafine@instance.business I had it for a while it only really works if you're either really good at your job or have a team that communicates with you well

It's really challenging because you have to be very explicit what you communicate in meetings or planning systems since you can't just lean over to a coworker to talk to them

It helps a lot if your team isn't built around a single work dynamic (as in how people get work done) but teams that do this are better anyway imo

@chosafine@instance.business anyway I neither was really good at my job (they had me doing stuff I didn't want to do) and they didn't communicate well (pm constantly made changes out from under me with little support on my side to get things done) so I'd prolly never do it again with a larger company
