This is fantastic and amazing and I wish I could come up with a good way to use this for mastodon to help derail personal issues
Perhaps yellow flags conversations reported as making people uncomfortable, which creates a report, with an optional "deliver conversation to a mediator" if the user wants to stop getting talked at
Orange is "this person is being gross or violating the CoC" which automatically checks the box

To finish my thought: red is moderator only, basically the silence or suspend level of taking action

@Elizafox did you even read the article? It goes into depth about the existing system failed. It's a system to decouple the call on whether or not something was valid harassment and instead trusts the reporter
