I usually have to either connect remotely or have it right in front of me to troubleshoot anything; describing the problem makes it more nebulous and abstract to me.

@vyruem I would not even attempt to explain how to do remote desktop to them.
very much need to turn it into "give me the laptop and tell me what you wanted to do" because otherwise it's a "I thought there was a button and I don't see it anymore" "What button?" "the one that's usually there somewhere"
