Ribeye was on sale for 6 bucks per pound... so that is a ribeye with portabella mushrooms, onions and bellpeppers for dinner. Marinaded the steaks and mushrooms together, sauted the veggies on the side in the marinade (green apple hard cider with onions, garlic, crushed red pepper, black pepper, green pepper, coriander and dill)
basted steaks with sauce from veggies and toss it all together on the plate :D
