@mawr Definitely agree with you there. Org manager is pushing on FI to back pay me. If not it depends on what our RSU replacements look like (since it has been over a year since we got bought and management has not come up with an alternative performance based incentive replacement) but they keep insisting something is in the works. =/ ) but he will try to leverage that if back pay doesn't happen.
