I hate corporations (bitching about my job [1/2])
The problems we used to have with our $100,000 ecommerce web platform:
• It's a mountain of technical debt so changing anything takes twice as long as it should
• Sometimes checkout stops working because it interfaces with a broken SAP ECC backend
• Platform support tickets have a ~4 hour response time on average but they always find a solution to the problem (or the cause when it's not them)
