@mawr on the upside, getting over there and fixing it quickly has senior ops calling and the VIP of Ops calling me a hero... cause support only lost access to customer stuff for 45 minutes.
So.. yay.. I guess... I mean I was oncall this week and onshift when it happened... even if I was not.. it would have been fixing it any way :shrug_v2:
