after having done webdev for a few years, i now feel like the ios ui paradaigm is absolute garbage and should be phased the fuck out in favor of like,,,, react or sth

ooooKAY! after trudging through the Swamp of Object Oriented, i think i've finally fixed the bug i wanted to fix!!!!!!!!! but in a slightly dirty way.

let's see if i can fix it in a non dirty way now

oh and also incorporate into that a solution for the related bug i discovered while trying to replicate this bug
