ooooKAY! after trudging through the Swamp of Object Oriented, i think i've finally fixed the bug i wanted to fix!!!!!!!!! but in a slightly dirty way.

after having done webdev for a few years, i now feel like the ios ui paradaigm is absolute garbage and should be phased the fuck out in favor of like,,,, react or sth

is there anyone on an instance with a character limit that's NOT the default 500, who would be ok sending me an invite?
i want to try to fix a bug in Metatext that depends on that, but all 3 of my existing accounts are on instances that kept the default 500 chars 😅
(i probably won't use the new account other than just connecting to it and creating private posts)
