@cons@lgbt.io Not much to be honest. Some of the ideas have been made less extreme and now the word of the day is Scrum rather than extreme programming. Pairing is not a thing. Tests are good but still no one writes them. The biggest change is the idea of microservices which is really about doing good domain design but across multiple code bases instead of in one as a solution to having too many people stomping around in the same codebase.
