For the record, we were pondering a hypothetical Rodeo Donut (try 'em, they're in Ballard, so good) named the "Blazing Saddle."
We had gotten as far as "sweetened pinto bean paste, beef bouillon powder, and candied jalapeno pepper" when she stormed out in hopefully comedic exasperation. 🐯

There is a fine line between a donut and a do-not... but swap that to a red bean paste, and I would try this!
