like... I've seen a couple of vague "ZOMFGWTF" posts, but nothing specific, and I'm *really* not sure I want to know what's going on. :| on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being "somebody said a bad word I think" and 10 being "there are actual nukes being launched at us right now," if you know what the current issue is, how would you rate it? I want to know that before I take the plunge. >_____<

@troodon I have no idea what the hell those people are on about. :) The Mueller probe is heating up again and Trump is having another tantrum over it, i.e., it's an ordinary Thursday in Pravda America. ;) Also looks like the Florida recount is about to get bitter and nasty and litigatey, but I think it's one of those where they're trying to keep us from gaining *more*.

@troodon Oh, and are any of those friends/sources British or European? The Theresa May government is ON FIRE. Or at least, it's soaked in gasoline and May's lighting a cigarette like a dumbass.

@Austin_Dern @zebratron2084 in this day and age there is *no certainty whatsoever* that you can possibly be hallucinating any given level of governmental insanity, because the reality is probably three steps deeper down the rabbit hole already. I feel sorry for Charlie Stross, he's scrambling to keep up with the insanity with his Laundry series. >____<

@zebratron2084 yeah... I think it's the T.May thing. or maybe it's the Florida thing, idk. there was a bunch of stuff last week about people protesting *Sessions* being fire-resigned, and I was like "??? am I confusing Sessions and Mueller???" but I'm pretty sure it was just Sessions and I still don't know what people are protesting, getting rid of him is a plus pretty much any way you slice it. XD
