Seemingly everyone: no working out is good you just have to get past the habit
Me working out and running/walking more: sorry no this is the absolute fucking worst and there's nothing good i get from this except to be More Socially Acceptable and healthier i guess

seriously, i am drenched in sweat and hot to the point of feeling like ripping my own skin off and passing out might be advantageous.
Swimming is the only exercise I've found i actually tolerate and I've no idea where to do that around me

@Oneironott Hahaha, yeah, I hate The Healthy People too, even more than I hate The Morning People, but INFURIATINGLY they seem to be right. Not many exercise activities I actually enjoy, but a long walk has consistently turned out to be the best thing for de-croggling my screwy neurochemistry.
