Yes cancel culture endangers Civilization. Cancelling and reissuing your settler units' orders to build irrigation, roads, or railroads several times over to finish city improvements in one turn wrecks the game balance. You're channeled into an economic-dominance victory that the built-in AI cheats can't match. If you just want an easy flow to world conquest fine but you're missing the economic, military, and diplomatic balance that makes a game *live*.
