Hitler sure as fuck didn't have a 43% approval rating in 1936. I have a sneaking suspicion we're playing this on Easy Mode, with a dictator who can't even win the popular vote and a nation that at least *has* a democratic tradition. So you have a lot of damn gall if you're ready to give up.
