@spacewastrel@yiff.life It... um... you weren't missing much, trust me. :) But that's always true, isn't it? Like, there are some films and TV shows I just refuse to watch, because I have such a vivid idea in my head of what they are, and they're more inspiring than the reality could ever be. I've learned over the years that most of the people I envy are like that, too -- anything that has to take place in reality is inevitably gonna disappoint a little. :) But yeah, it was all worth it but I've been left -- especially after Transliminal exploded -- feeling like it was a world I got to look at but never actually touch. Like it was always JUST past the next wall. I dunno, maybe that's the nature of it?
