will forever be dying on the hill that Livejournal was decades ahead of its time by permitting you to have multiple icons you could use selectively per-post which made determining tone and mood way, way, way easier and less difficult to follow for people who have issues with that

@hystericempress Yeah, it's amazing how much of an effect subtleties like that can have. I really miss being able to use the "music" field for the same purpose-- for me it was almost always for some pithy selection that summed up the post, not what I was *actually* listening to when it started, and that was just such a powerful and subtle way to communicate. I REALLY miss the LJ scene sometimes, badly though I blew it there on my own.
