food, quick survey

Hey, critters. Satisfy a point of curiosity for me. What did you eat yesterday? I'm just trying to get a general picture of how good or bad my diet is compared to The Typical Upstanding Young Queer Furry. <3

For me it was a piece of coffee cake for breakfast, a skipped lunch (which is odd for me), and crab nachos for dinner, plus most of a 52 oz unsweeted tea.

This morning, so far I've had a bowl of Amy's Lentil Vegetable soup, spiked with sour cream, tortilla chips, and Matouk's hot sauce so it, you know, tastes like food.

food, quick survey

@zebratron2084 Yesterday, I had two Graham crackers for breakfast (with a side of masturbation just to spite Dr. Graham); lunch was 1/4 of a restaurant order of naan stuffed with dried fruit and nuts, plus 1/2 of a restaurant order of roast tandoori chicken; as a midday snack, I had a half-size dry bowl of Frosted Mini-Wheats; dinner was the other half of the tandoori chicken plus another 1/4 of the naan; later in the evening was a more conventionally prepared and sized bowl of frosted mini-wheats with dried cranberries added.

This fit in my 1500 calorie budget and is fairly typical of a day I know I’m ordering from a restaurant: small breakfast, eating on the same restaurant meal for almost everything else, something high-fiber for any additional food because restaurant meals tend to be deficient in that too.
