Seeing the spoof 'Favorite Grocery Stores By Region' map going around my corner of Birdsite again and it's always a delight, first because the original map is hilarious. Second because the responses are mostly people yes-and'ing the original nonsense, with a sprinkling of people very cross that Well I've Lived In Florida My Whole Life And Never Heard Of The Great Flamingo Thank You.

@001zlnv I mean, I ordered a toasted cheese hoagie from my parents' neighborhood Shop-Rite through their automated tablet ordering station thing back in 2014 and I'm still waiting for it, so, Obelisk has *got* to be better off.

@zebratron2084 @001zlnv I mean, I love our local convenience store chain (Quality Dairy, which has its own ice cream line, and some stores have laundromats because ??? ?? ?????) but they do need a deli counter and Freestyle Coke machines.
