Hi.
I've been having a rough time of it lately, and I'm sorry for not only essentially disappearing, but also causing so much anguish and pain. It's just been a constant drain of existential dread, dysphoria, and hopelessness. I don't deal well with it.
I'm trying to pull out of it, but I really do apologize for the worry I cause.
That being said: My folks visited recently, so I had to purge the "Bottle Board 1.0" - The whiteboard where I wrote affirmations. I'm trying to put together a new one, but falling short.
Any suggestions of what to write? I'll attribute as I do. It was intended to be extremely gender and genie affirming. But I'll consider all suggestions.

also sadly you do have to add the asterisk but that's not me that's the lousy treaty with the solar concilience until i get some... things worked out
