@chalcedony@octodon.social fwiw I *strongly* suspect @zebratron2084 has a much better internal system-construct to relate with your situation than I do, and I can vouch for them being compassionate, intelligent, and capable of impressive amounts of orthogonal thinking, despite occasional bouts of mostly surface-level (or self-directed) acerbic snarkiness. ;)

I think my temperament these days is best described as "Siegfried and Roy tiger." Generally well-socialized and pettable, genuinely doesn't want to hurt anybody, occasionally prone to Tiger Moments under great stress or annoyance, but generally old, wise, and well-fed enough to give people two minutes to clear the stage. O:)
