I performed a brief magical imprecation in which I beseeched Eris and/or the Great Antler Mother to shrivel @Alda@witches.town's pleasure center like a moldy prune until she learns a few basic lessons about tolerance, gatekeeping, letting jargon replace sense and compassion, and most of all, not drawing the line of who's "real" and who's "not real" just below yourself (like every other goddamned fanatic on the planet).
I feel rather better now.
I also like how she's coined the term "validist." Can't possibly get ahead as a fanatic until you've got a "-ist" box. Otherwise, you have to carry your ideological opponents around separately, and who the fuck has time for individuality? THIS IS SOCIAL JUSTICE.
Seriously, am I totally misreading this person's timeline, or are they in fact essentially a transwoman who's somehow managed to become a TERF, by basically rewriting the rules to include their own subgroup and exclude everyone else?
I mean, she's outright said it's "not OK" to be anything but her own narrow band on the gender spectrum, so there's no possible way her beliefs can be spun that I'd respect her, but...
