The fun of being reminded that seeking medication for AD[H]D would probably be helpful for me given I barely can pay attention to *anything* that isn't reading pretty much always...
But between the shame of another diagnosis and the very real risk of me just abusing the fuck out of a stimulant script kinda makes this option entirely unapproachable.
And because I hear this hellstate has some provisions for drugtesting people on such medications, because of course it does.

@IrisKalmia Hey. I know it's hard to think that way, because I come from a background where it's shameful too, but if you think about it, mental health is like having the flu. Do you feel ashamed for having a cold when you catch one?
