SCOTUS rules 9-0 that the Eighth Amendment protection against excessive fines applies to states as well as the federal government, which effectively kills revenue gathering via civil asset forfeiture.
(This is good for everybody except corrupt municipalities and police departments.)

The Girl Scouts of Western Washington were offered $100,000 on the condition that the donation "will not be used to support transgender girls".
They sent the money back, held a fundraising campaign, and raised $300,000. #ForEVERYGirl

re: Android Auto (-)
Bonus points: It apparently finally supports "Repeat song" or "Repeat album", but blocks that based on a subscription too??? WTF?
Android Auto (-)
Bit of a gripe post here, but Google seems to have partially broken their voice commands intentionally for business reasons. "Play X by Y" now kicks out "You need to have an active google play music subscription to do that, but here's a station based on that!" which immediately starts playing. This despite the mp3 being on the phone and in the library. You now have to say "Play X by Y from my library" for it to figure out WTF to do.
My goal as a writer: To wound you so deeply that you start to heal things you didn't even know were broken.
