see i'm glad i've found mastodon, land of the furries and furry-adjacent, so i can say this and everyone will get what i mean:
as a society we need to recognize that head scritches tap into a deep and powerful source of happy that i personally theorize is leftover from "monkey brain say social grooming good, ook", but basically, we should normalize scritching someone's scalp/playing with their hair/etc. as a good casual loving touch like snuggling

Intersex Inclusion Survey; transphobia
The 2019 Intersex Inclusion Survey seeks more people to fill it out, even people who are neither #intersex nor LGBTQ, since part of its purpose is to inquire what people tend to think or believe about intersex people. As tends to happen with surveys like this, a bunch of terfs ended up sending offensive responses to it. It would be helpful to add other voices than theirs. The survey will be open until the end of 2019.
