@trwnh interesting. like a proper charcoal-fired grill? that's always been something for rare special occasions for us
@trwnh not owning a skillet sounds like a completely outlandish concept but I guess just different food styles need different cookware
@trwnh skillets are very commonly used for eggs and onions, as well as pan-frying things (which is presumably also commonly done in pans... Honestly not sure where the dividing line is between pan and skillet) and making quesadillas, grilled cheese, cooking ground beef (in the crumbled form that's used in tex-mex cuisine)
