our new laptop just broke, with no apparent reason

the person at best buy says the LED blink code indicates the motherboard is dead

and apparently, installing the hard drive we bought with it voided the warranty

we got this thing a *month* ago

@Felthry a hard drive should be a customer replacable unit, sounds like they're bullshitting you tbh
