re: Attempt at a hint
@socks I'm imagining that the finished state has the box you're initially controlling on one square, the 5x5 empty box on the other, and an H shape of walls in that other room with the middle wall being the controllable one, right?
The thing is, we can't figure out how to get the 5x5 grid off the wall.

re: Attempt at a hint
@socks i think you're initially controlling a red square? but it's obvious that you have to immediately switch to the wall
either way the controllable red square is what i meant

Slightly bigger hint
@Felthry Yes okay
So yeah, that seems like a plausible finished state, so your next objective should be to get the blue 5x5 off the wall
Now, this would normally be impossible, but you're in "Inner push", right? If you're at 5, that means you already know how it works, so. How does it work?
re: Slightly bigger hint
@socks right. i can get it off the wall, but the problem is that getting both the red square and the controllable wall *out* of the 5x5 requires pushing it up against a wall, unless there's something we're just completely missing

re: Slightly bigger hint
@Felthry Okay! So you're further in than I thought. You're certainly not stuck before knowing how to get started, you've gotten to the actual puzzle
If you think you could use any more hints, let me know
re: Slightly bigger hint
@socks yeah i think i could, because where we are now is what i meant by getting started--nothing up to that point felt like actual puzzle i suppose, it felt like obvious ways of moving things around

Bigger hint
@Felthry Okay, so.
What you have to do is get to a state where the red square, the wall and the blue 5x5 are all out and not up against any walls.
"like if you put the controllable wall in there to allow for an inner push, you can't control the wall again until it's up against the outer wall again, right?" This is true, so maybe you need to find a wall where that's not a problem.
re: Bigger hint
@Felthry (An outer wall. Sorry.)
re: Bigger hint
@socks ah! finally got it, your hint helped realize we were on the right track but had done something wrong (pushed the red square out the top instead of the bottom)

re: Bigger hint
@Felthry Good to hear! Well done!
re: Slightly bigger hint
@socks like if you put the controllable wall in there to allow for an inner push, you can't control the wall again until it's up against the outer wall again, right?

re: Attempt at a hint
@Felthry I believe the one that you're initially controlling is a wall tile, right? So if it's sitting on one of the squares, that's not a solution
