Both localizations are very theatrical but I think I like the Spanish one better
The English one includes the line "I have visions of this cheese in my sleep"
Triangle Strategy
Spanish: "I see now that avarice is a plague that runs rampant among the nobles..."
English: "Coin? I spit on your coin!"

@Felthry I have no clue but keeping track of both the text and the voices is kinda distracting because they're so different at times

@socks thinking about this is kinda making me wonder how the other language translations of things like final fantasy 6 were, since they wouldn't have had Woolsey

@Felthry Okay so I haven't played it but I know the Spanish translation of FF6 is famously bad and bordering on nonsensical. A friend of mine told me about some choice quotes
Things like "Your party awaits you upstairs", but "party" as in, birthday party

that particular one (since that dual meaning of party exists in english but i doubt it does in japanese) makes me think it may have been based on the english translation (the one done by woolsey that i mentioned) but with stuff like that i expect all the puns that woolsey used would have been horribly mangled too

@socks that sounds like it was probably translated by someone who did not speak much spanish

@Felthry It probably was, because another one I remember is "save point" being translated as literally just the words "save" and "point" (guardar punto), and that is not how it works in Spanish at all (punto de guardado)
