occasional reminder: if you have a 2DS/3DS and play DS games or virtual console games on it, if you hold either start or select (both work) while starting up the game, it'll play it in its original resolution instead of scaling up to the larger screen

@noiob well it's certainly not easy to realize it's even an option to go looking for it!
It works on GBA and SNES, at least, VC titles as well. I would be surprised if it didn't also work for the other VC systems

@Felthry the 3DS still came with a manual ;)
it works for GB(C) as well, plus you get a border with a nice 3D effect. Makes the effective screen size tiny thouh

this works for TwilightMenu++ too (and any DS games started through TM++ will then be in their original resolution), as well as VC injected games made with NSUI
