@monsterblue You want at least one cheese that melts real good like mozzarella or provolone, but the rest is up to you

something with an interesting flavor profile is always a good addition too, like pecorino romano or parmigiano-reggiano or maybe asiago

@monsterblue a lot of italian cheeses tend to be used just because pizza is a dish of italian origin, i imagine

but there wouldn't be any problem using like cheddar or havarti or gouda

@monsterblue basically any cheese is fine but you might get weird looks if you use american cheese

or if you use brie, probably. or cottage cheese. there are a lot of cheeses that would be weird on pizza

also don't use cheez whiz, just don't
