Multiple teams at work today report failures of the new ticketing system to properly escalate to the old notification system.
This is not the time to ask "in which system is the incident where this problem is being worked?"

@Goldkin JIRA's the system we're _not_ getting rid of. This is a migration from ServiceNow (which nobody wants to maintain) to Zendesk (which people believe will maintain itself).
