Formally writing down today’s to-do list makes me abruptly realize why I don’t always find weekends particularly relaxing: this list is *not* shorter than lists for work days
@salameleon Well, the Calendar is for hard landscape items, things that die unless you do them at that precise time. A list(s) like Trello is what you use for everything else, including goals and especially context-dependent tasks, like at work, at home, with friend, etc. Only got energy to do lizard-like things? Look at your lizard list and do a few. Internet out at home? Look at your home list for non-INET things.
@Jacel Yeah, I know. Just writing down a to-do list helps, even, because then I spend less time just worrying ineffectually.
@Kistaro Bingo. Because I do GTD, I have both in mind when I run a weekly review, so I know how to handle my times.
