So let's say you were gonna fight something in a ruined cathedral. Possibly on the roof of a ruined cathedral. Anyway. Would you be fighting 1) a big multi-armed demon or 2) a weird spindly lich?

@Leucrotta I'd be fighting the corrupt priest that was using the church for his own selfish ends and abusing the power that comes with his position. He could be a lich, but that's not guaranteed.
@kelseyhusky I was kinda thinking that direction thanks to all the lich suggestions - they'd been unformed before, but we don't see clerical liches wearing mitres and stuff often!
@Leucrotta @kelseyhusky Divine liches are mentioned in a few DnD books IIRC, but it is underexplored

@Leucrotta I'd lean more towards lich, demonic looking things in that locale are played heabily as is
